STRATACARE Solutions is a clinician-led healthcare organization focused on addressing critical gaps in healthcare delivery across Canada.

As healthcare systems face increasing strain, particularly in rural, remote, Indigenous, and resource-limited settings, STRATACARE provides advanced, high-acuity medical care through innovative, paramedic-led models. Our work is designed to support communities and healthcare partners where traditional services are stretched, unavailable, or require specialized augmentation.

What We Do

STRATACARE delivers advanced care through programs such as the START Program (Stabilization, Transfer Readiness & Resuscitation Team)—a model built to provide reliable, clinically excellent care in challenging environments. Our teams operate in a wide range of settings, including remote and rural communities, Indigenous communities, standalone facilities, interfacility transport environments, and other high-risk or resource-constrained contexts.

Our approach extends beyond individual patient encounters. STRATACARE works collaboratively with healthcare organizations, system leaders, and communities to develop practical, adaptable solutions that address emerging system pressures, improve access to care, and strengthen local clinical capacity.

We empower highly skilled Advanced Care Paramedics to practice at the top of their scope and to take on expanded clinical leadership roles—supported by clear clinical governance, robust medical oversight, and strong accountability frameworks. This model enables decisive, evidence-based care while maintaining alignment with local healthcare systems and standards.
